Introducing
The first step is to get in touch with us. You can do this by filling in the contact form. We will contact you within 48 hours to schedule an introduction call. During this call we will introduce you to the real estate market in Bali and take note of your wishes and possibilities. Do you have equity on your property in the Netherlands? Within our team we have the expertise to pull this equity out of your property, if necessary so you can realise your purchase in Bali.
Service contract
After an introduction has taken place and you wish to proceed with the actual purchase of real estate in Bali, a service contract will be signed and a start-up and agency fee will be paid. This assures us of your sincere interest and you are assured of our commitment to making the process a success. Upon an actual purchase, you will get this start-up fee back from us.
Match
Based on your requirements, we will connect you with the right offer and the right local representative. These representatives have local market knowledge and are aware of local laws and regulations. An absolute must for buying property abroad. Based on the match and the search query, the search results will be discussed with you. Here you will have plenty of time to ask questions and select which properties you would like to view or purchase.
Viewing
Where needed, JARFIS Property Group or one of our local representatives will receive you and visit with you the properties or projects you are interested in. By viewing several options, you can make a better comparison in order to make a choice you support. By the way, a viewing in person is not necessary. The entire purchase and rental process can also be done remotely.
Buying and aftercare
Congratulations, you have found your dream home! Our local partners, in collaboration with JARFIS Property Group, will guide you through the process to make the purchase go smoothly financially and legally. We will also keep in touch with you after the purchase and you can always contact us or our local representatives for any questions.

Agency fee and start-up fee

  • Leasehold

    If you wish to purchase property on a leasehold basis, you will pay a commitment starting fee of 1,500 euros for our services upon signing the service engagement agreement (OTD).

    Our services include assistance in the preparations, and in case you visit Bali for viewings, Airport pick-up & drop off, and a 2-day viewing consists of a guide, transportation with a driver.


  • Freehold

    If you wish to purchase property on a freehold basis, you will pay a commitment starting fee of 3,000 euros for our services upon signing the service engagement agreement (OTD).

    Our services include assistance in the preparations, and in case you visit Bali for viewings, Airport pick-up & drop off, and a 2-day viewing consists of a guide, transportation with a driver.
Panggih Sudarsono specializes in the purchase and sale of real estate in Indonesia and maintains contacts with our Indonesian partners. Panggih was born and raised in Indonesia and speaks fluent Bahasa Indonesia. Networking is second nature to Panggih, and he therefore has a large network in Indonesia, including Java and Bali. He also owns villas on his favorite island and, thanks to his experience, is well-placed to guide the realization and purchase process. Accessible and results-oriented, he is involved in the daily operations of JARFIS Property Group and contributes strategic and tactical input.
Eric Kühr is Operations Manager for JARFIS Property Group. This solution-oriented, go-getter oversees the daily operations of our office. Spontaneous, curious, and goal-oriented, he is the son of Indonesian parents and ran his own real estate agency for many years. He also has a large network in Bali. Eric owns a villa on this enchanting island. For this reason, he is co-responsible for the sales and purchase of properties in Bali, but also for property purchases elsewhere in the country.
Koos Lefeber is co-responsible for the sales support of real estate in Indonesia within the JARFIS Property Group. He has established several companies in both the Netherlands and Indonesia and therefore has an extensive business network in both countries. He is also the founder of the "Indo Business Club" in the Netherlands, where entrepreneurs with Indonesian roots can connect and strengthen each other. Given his experience as an entrepreneur, he is well-placed to assist both entrepreneurs and private individuals with the purchase of real estate in Indonesia.
Jeff Bolte
Frank worked for almost ten years in various roles at KLM, after which he moved to Air Miles International. There, he was co-responsible for the rollout of the Air Miles program in the Netherlands, in collaboration with Shell, Vendex, Ahold, and ABN AMRO.

Based on this experience, he started as an independent interim manager under the name International Business The Netherlands (ib-nl.nl). He worked for a variety of clients both domestically and internationally, including the establishment of factoring and clearing company NMT FencS (later acquired by Infomedics). He also started and sold companies such as Personal Care Card and Detachering Plus.

In recent years, he has been active in the international financial sector, focusing on compliance and combating financial crime, including money laundering. He has been a keynote speaker in cities such as New York, Budapest, Bratislava, and Brussels.
Currently, Frank is commercially active at JarFis in the real estate sector. A striking detail: his first entrepreneurial project took place in France, where he sold vacation homes—the circle is now complete.
Eric Kühr
Jeff Bolte was born in Jakarta but moved to the Netherlands with his parents as a baby. His focus at JARFIS Property Group is on assisting clients with their purchases and making their dream of buying a (second) home in Indonesia financially feasible. He also has a strong network in Spain, and with over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, the last 15 of which have focused entirely on mortgage advice, Jeff is the ideal person to assist you.
