Introducing
The first step is to get in touch with us. You can do this by filling in the contact form. We will contact you within 48 hours to schedule an introduction call. During this call we will introduce you to the real estate market in Bali and take note of your wishes and possibilities. Do you have equity on your property in the Netherlands? Within our team we have the expertise to pull this equity out of your property, if necessary so you can realise your purchase in Bali.

Service contract
After an introduction has taken place and you wish to proceed with the actual purchase of real estate in Bali, a service contract will be signed and a start-up and agency fee will be paid. This assures us of your sincere interest and you are assured of our commitment to making the process a success. Upon an actual purchase, you will get this start-up fee back from us.

Match
Based on your requirements, we will connect you with the right offer and the right local representative. These representatives have local market knowledge and are aware of local laws and regulations. An absolute must for buying property abroad. Based on the match and the search query, the search results will be discussed with you. Here you will have plenty of time to ask questions and select which properties you would like to view or purchase.

Viewing
Where needed, JARFIS Property Group or one of our local representatives will receive you and visit with you the properties or projects you are interested in. By viewing several options, you can make a better comparison in order to make a choice you support. By the way, a viewing in person is not necessary. The entire purchase and rental process can also be done remotely.

Buying and aftercare
Congratulations, you have found your dream home! Our local partners, in collaboration with JARFIS Property Group, will guide you through the process to make the purchase go smoothly financially and legally. We will also keep in touch with you after the purchase and you can always contact us or our local representatives for any questions.

Agency fee and start-up fee

  • Leasehold

    If you wish to purchase property on a leasehold basis, you will pay a starting fee of 1,000 euros excluding VAT when signing the service contract and a mediation fee of 1% on the purchase price with a minimum of 1,500 euros excluding VAT.

    Upon the actual transfer of your purchase, we set off the mediation fee against the starting fee.

    You will receive the start-up fee back from us when the actual transfer of the purchase takes place.
  • Freehold

    If you wish to purchase property on a freehold basis, you will pay a starting fee of 2,000 euros excluding VAT when you sign the service contract and a mediation fee of 2% over the purchase price with a minimum of 2,500 euros excluding VAT.

    On the actual transfer of your purchase, we set off the mediation fee against the starting fee.

    You will receive the starting fee back from us when the actual transfer of the purchase takes place.

Eric M. Kühr is Operations Manager for JARFIS Property Group. This solution-oriented go-getter takes care of the daily affairs of our office. Spontaneous, curious and goal-oriented. Child of Indian parents, he has run his own real estate agency for many years and has a large network in Bali. Eric has his own villa on this enchanting island. For this reason, he is partly responsible for the sales and purchase guidance of real estate in Bali, but he is also responsible for purchasing guidance of real estate in the rest of the country.
Panggih Sudarsono is involved in the purchase and purchase of real estate in Indonesia and maintains contacts with our Indonesian partners. Panggih was born and raised in Indonesia and speaks fluent 'Bahasa Indonesia'. Networking is second nature to Panggih and he therefore has a large network in Indonesia, including Java and Bali. In addition, he has his own villas on his favorite island and, because of his experience, he can supervise the realization and purchase. Accessible and results-oriented, he is involved in the daily operations of JARFIS Property Group and thinks about strategic and tactical matters.
Koos Lefeber is responsible for the sales management of real estate in Indonesia within the JARFIS Property Group. He has set up various companies in both the Netherlands and Indonesia and therefore has a large business network in both countries. He is also the founder of the 'Indo Business Club' in the Netherlands, where entrepreneurs with Indian roots can find and strengthen each other. Given his experience as an entrepreneur, he can provide both entrepreneurs and private individuals with good guidance when purchasing real estate in Indonesia.
Danai van Lith is responsible for guiding investors who want to start or expand abroad. With his experience as a real estate investor and entrepreneur in the Netherlands and abroad, he can assist our clients with his experience and expertise in finding a good balance between risk and return. He has a healthy dose of humor, is helpful and is always open to new challenges. Danai has built up his own network in the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and Spain and also has a real estate network in Bali that he uses for JARFIS Property Group.
Kevin Rozema is one of the Sales Agents within JARFIS. During his internship with one of our partners, he and Daan gained experience in mediating and purchasing real estate in Bali. He mainly focused on attracting Dutch customers, making him a valuable asset to the team.
Daan van Aert is one of the Sales Agents within JARFIS. During his internship with one of our partners, he and Kevin gained experience in mediating and purchasing real estate in Bali. He mainly focused on attracting Dutch customers, making him a valuable asset to the team.
Jeff Bolte was born in Jakarta but moved to the Netherlands with his parents as a baby. His focus within JARFIS Property Group is on purchasing support for customers and making our customers' dream dream of purchasing a (second) home in Indonesia financially feasible. He also has a strong network in Spain and with more than 30 years of experience in the world of financial services, the last 15 years of which have been entirely in mortgage advice, Jeff is the ideal person to assist you.
