This is an English translation for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Dutch version prevails.

Jarfis Property Group acts as an intermediary in property investments and property transactions in Bali, Indonesia. We also provide information about property projects, market developments and investment opportunities.

Jarfis Property Group acts as a guide and adviser, but is not a legal, tax or financial adviser, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

All information on our website, in brochures and in other communications has been compiled with care. Nevertheless, no rights can be derived from it.

Jarfis Property Group is not liable for:

• inaccuracies or omissions in the information provided;
• decisions made by the client on the basis of the information provided;
• changes in laws and regulations in Indonesia or other relevant jurisdictions;
• acts or omissions of third parties, including property developers, notaries and advisers.

For certain services, a start fee, brokerage fee or other costs may be charged. These are always communicated clearly and transparently in advance.

For legal, notarial, tax, construction or other specialist work, Jarfis Property Group may work with external parties and local partners. These parties are independently responsible for their own services.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Disputes will preferably be resolved through mutual consultation.
