JARFIS is derived from JARingan Financial Services. ‘Jaringan’ means ‘network’ in Indonesian, and that is exactly where our strength lies. Thanks to our Indonesian background, we have a strong local network of reliable partners, specialists and developers, built up over decades. We only work with experienced parties in the real estate sector, and we actively invest in Bali real estate ourselves.

Active & passive investing

Whether you want to be actively involved or prefer a fully hands-off investment, JARFIS offers both. Investors with limited time can invest passively in our own projects. Our team handles the entire process, entirely remotely if you wish.

Step by step

How we work

Five clear steps from the first conversation to aftercare.

Step 1: Introduction
After your enquiry we will contact you within 48 hours for an introductory call. We discuss the Bali real estate market, your wishes and your investment options, including advice on releasing equity from your home.

Step 2: Service agreement
If you decide to proceed with a purchase after the introduction, you sign a service agreement (OTD) and pay a one-off start fee: € 1,500 for leasehold and € 3,000 for freehold.

Step 3: Match
Based on your profile, we match you with suitable properties and reliable local representatives.

Step 4: Viewing
If you wish, we accompany you on viewings of properties or projects. The entire purchase process can also take place fully remotely.

Step 5: Purchase and aftercare
Once you have made your choice, we guide the financial and legal purchase process together with local partners. We stay involved after the purchase too, and you can always come to us with questions and for support.
